Expert witness bench
We maintain a bench of technical experts available on selection for patent-litigation, product-liability and IP matters. All prior engagements were under protective order and remain confidential unless the retaining firm consents to disclosure.
Because the work is confidential, most of what we can show you happens under NDA. What we can show you publicly is the domain breadth of the bench and the shape of the engagements we’ve handled.
The bench
Individual expert names and full CVs are supplied on selection, under NDA, to control conflicts and prevent unauthorized outreach. What we can list here are the domains available.

Retention and conflicts process
- You send us the case caption, docket, technology at issue and schedule — via the Submit a case form or a call
- We run a conflicts check — usually same day
- We propose a matched expert (or several), rate, and estimated hours
- Engagement letter is executed under whatever protective-order regime the case demands
- Work proceeds under NDA; deliverables live on hardware the protective order permits
